  • I operate within the normal weekly business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. You can easily reach me via phone, email and text.

  • I don't get paid unless you do. There is no charge for cancelled transactions!

  • 1 Hours: Please allow up to 1 business hour for me to respond to incoming emails, texts, and calls.

    2 Hours: Please allow up to 2 business hours for requests (DocuSign's, audits, home warranties) to be processed.

    Please let me know if your request is urgent and we will work to process that right away!

  • Every Friday, I will send an audit email to all parties. There's also a personal login I send you when you sign up with me that gives you access to an app that gives you access to everything in real time.

  • As a TC, I do not partake in negotiation, nor am I able to assist with anything that requires us to be physically on-site.

    Agents are responsible for:

    • Reviewing Draft Escrow Instructions

    • Reviewing Preliminary Title Reports

    • Complete Agent Visual Inspections

    • Order, Schedule, and Attend Any Property Inspections and/or Repair Appointments

    • Negotiate Repairs and/or Any Changes in the Contract

    • Update the MLS

    • Provide Exact Wording for any Addendum(s)

    • Provide a Full and Complete Checklist of Documents Required by your broker * (If applicable)
