Hey there! My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed California Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I have been assisting Agents and Brokers for the last 7 years. 

I've worked with some of the greatest companies, brokers and agents throughout the years learning many things as I went. 

I started out as a receptionist at a high producing brokerage and once I got the hang of answering phones, directing leads & multi-tasking I wanted more. 

The in- office TCs fascinated me, I couldn't believe how organized, busy, and outright crazy their transactions would get. 

So when an opening for the role came up, I set my sights on it, went after it and nailed it! 

Luckily, I had an amazing mentor who poured in her 20+ years of experience as a loan processor, escrow assistant, and amazing organization as a TC into me. Once I felt confident to stand on my own, I set myself up to learn much as possible.

Over the years I've been a broker's assistant, a social media marketer, compliance officer, and transactions manager. All of these have given me a well rounded look at not just the transaction in front of me but the entire process and the bigger picture!

What I've learned is that Agents need someone to give them hands-on assistance with their transactions and can roll with whatever is thrown their way and to do that, I offer a variety of services so you can focus on more important things like getting to your appointments on time, talking your clients out of buying a car or furniture 1 week before escrow closes, harassing the lender on when we'll receive loan docs, and most importantly getting PAID on time! 

I want my clients to get the best service and feel 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.
